Science-Based, 8 Week Mindfulness Training Program
In this mindfulness-based training, you will learn the science behind meditation and mindfulness. As a participant, you will access and grow your natural capacity to stop patterns of worry, ruminating, and feelings of anxiety. Additionally, this group program answers the questions:
Pillars of Mindfulness is an 8 week, Mindfulness Training group. Here, participants will be guided through experiential and actively engaging exercises & meditations. There will be take-home activities each week, with accountability discussions at the beginning of each new session. Our final week includes an integration session where each member then plans for future “next steps”.
