resiliency and science-based tools for change.
I tailor my treatment approaches to specifically address the goals, issues, personality styles and preferences of each individual client. Additionally, with respect to formalized psychotherapy interventions, I have been trained and/or credentialed in many areas, including the following techniques:
- Attachment/Interpersonal Neurobiology
- Brain Plasticity & the Science of Change

- Clinical Hypnotherapy
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

- Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT)
In terms of clinical orientation, I regard myself an integrative/psychodynamic coach, mentor and facilitator. I draw from many therapeutic strategies and models to collaboratively craft an approach with you that is focused on your unique goals, personality, and preferences.

Attachment based, ETF Couples work, specializing in chronic conflict, infidelity, communication issues.
Our work together leads to healing, growth & change.
In this culture we often believe we should “do it on our own,” and if that fails, then “just give me the pill to fix it.” Seeking psychotherapy is a positive step towards a more sustained sense of well-being.
Integrative psychotherapy is an approach to healing and easing life’s problems by increasing one’s resilience and personal resources.

In my experience, psychotherapy at its best is like dual meditation - it's like a container in which you can be compassionate and mindful toward yourself.
